We took a much-needed study break to do some market research for a friend. (And really, this was practically a case study in itself, so it's like more studying.)
And we had a pretty amazing afternoon.
We considered the point of view of the end consumer.
…a whole bunch of times.
And evaluated multiple options.
We listened studiously to the experts.
And took notes for later. (Kind of like how our professors show us photos of their factory tours. Repeat after me: Volvo makes Renault Trucks.)
