Rainy fall days = let's think about summer.
Days in Topsail with family start out at the beach.
"Help us collect these shells." That was an order.
Uh, I think I pretty much crushed collecting shells.
Around five, we have snacks and start cooking lobster.
This is Raquel seeing a lobster for the first time.
But let's be honest, ultimately the box was the most fun part.

Dinner is served.
Results are unclear how much actually ended up in her mouth as opposed to near/around her mouth.
Truly the greatest poem I have ever read, and I was an English major.
After dinner, Us Grownups got a drink in town.
And then came back to play with everyone on the beach. Breccan caught a crab.
…and then set him free.
We also played with these spinny-light-things. Not their official name, but close enough.
And then headed inside and go to sleep and do it all over again.
It was cloudy the day we left, which was the only way it would be remotely easy to head home.
